Shipping and Return Policies

ABOUT THE ORDER

The preparation of the order can take from 2 to 20 days, depending on its availability, season and whether or not it is part of a current advertising or marketing campaign. This period can be extended to 30 days for international orders, being the inherent responsibility of the transport company and its specific policies.

The average standard time for a shipment in optimal condition is 3-4 business days. All orders are shipped using USPS . Once your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. In case you do not receive it , please contact us at support@zanatibyvg.com

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

The fees, taxes, declarations and values of nationalization, import or processing at the destination will be the responsibility of the buyer. zanatibyvg.com has no interference in these procedures 

SHIPPING COSTS We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. with minimum purchase of $100 automatically applied during checkout. Other shipping costs will be selected by the buyer in advance and during the purchase process.

  Shipments are made through an autonomous service (delivery companies). All images and applications of its logo, colors and corporate identity are made on this site are intended to support our use of its services. Shipping company logos, name usage and additional images are the exclusive property of each company.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED, ONLY WITHIN 14  DAYS .

Zanati by VG products can be returned,  or exchanged   within 14  days after receiving your order. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged with all tags attached. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. *We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or custom (personalized) items.  Exchange or return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer exchanges for international orders. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Discount or sale prices equal or greater than 15% are not eligible for a return.

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM.

  • Each payment button charges a commission for each transaction. That cost will not be reflected on your invoice . At time of return , it will be subtracted  from the invoice to the customer.
  • Request a return / exchange within 14 days of  receiving your order sending us an email to support@zanatibyvg.com.
  • On the email , write your name, order number, Item name and specified if is a return or exchange (put the correct size ).
  • Items must to be sent back to Zanati by VG through reputable postage service with tracking number . Zanati by VG is not responsible for any lost returned items.
  • All item(s) must be authorized by Zanati by VG , before your return is approved and an exchange or refund processed.
